Step 1 Choose the proper Season
Step 2 Determine eligibility
A player is eligible if the player lives within the NWLL Boundary OR if the player attends one of the Schools within the NWLL Boundary.*
* Some players may be eligible for a waiver under special circumstances. Please Contact the commissioner or registrar to determine if you are eligible for a waiver.
Step 3 Find out the player’s League Age, and select a Division (the registration system will default to the player's birthdate)

Step 4 Register online. This link redirects to a secure website.
Step 5 Wait for follow up
All players are placed on a team. A commissioner or coach will follow up and contact you after the player is assigned to a team. Please Contact your commissioner if you need help.

Check the NWLL Website and be on the lookout for league Events. Prepare for the season by discovering the level of play in each Division, checking out our tips on Equipment, locating the Fields where we play, following our Safety guidelines, reviewing the Rules of each division, and reading our Parents Code of Conduct. You can also Contact one of our league members for help and assistance.
Step 7 | Get involved!
If you plan to volunteer, you must complete the background check and all coaches must complete CDC Concussion Training Course. This includes parents of players. Please see instructions below.

How to Register – For Coaches and Volunteers
Step 1 Choose the proper Season
Step 2 Download and complete the application form
We will also need a copy of your driver’s license or passport.
Step 3 Hand in your paperwork
Select a Division of play. Contact the proper commissioner and hand in your completed application form. Remember to attach a copy of your driver’s license or passport.

Step 5 Complete the background check.
All volunteers are subject to a positive evaluation of the background check. The league reserves the right to deny participation to any player or individual.
Step 6 Complete Concussion Training (Managers/Coaches Only)
All coaches must complete the CDC Concussion Training Course online and email a scanned copy of the certificate to NWLL’s Safety Officer (safety@nwlldc.org). The training is free and the certificate is valid for life.
Step 6 Wait for notice of assignment
All approved coaches and volunteers will be assigned to a team or an organizational role. A commissioner or league official will follow up and Contact you.
Step 7 Prepare for the season
Read our Parents Code of Conduct, follow our Safety guidelines, learn the Rules rules of each division, check out our tips on Equipment, or find the Fields where we play. You can also Contact one of our league members for help and assistance.
